What to expect
upheads is a small, independent project, so replies come from a person rather than a support desk. Bug reports are the most useful thing you can send: tell us which phone and browser you were using and what happened, and it usually gets fixed quickly.
If you are suggesting words for a deck, send the deck name and your list — several of the decks have grown from player suggestions.
Before you write
A few things that come up often are already answered on the game itself: it is free, there is nothing to install, it works on one phone for the whole group, and every deck is unlocked. The frequently asked questions at the bottom of the main page cover how to play, teams mode and which categories exist.
